Chris Pine started as a shy prince in love with the Princess of Genovia to a military spy ending up on the mysterious and hidden island of Amazon. Throughout his career of more than two decades, as an, actor, director, producer, writer and occasional singer needs to be given another fabulous accolade and that would be being a fashion aficionado.

He is the man who is always being called the best Chris among all the Chrises in Hollywood. When The God of Thunder Thor, aka, Chris Hemsworth who also co-chaired the 2024 Met Gala was asked, Who according to him is the most fashionable Chris? His immediate answer was Chris Pine.

And those who have been following Chris for some time now, know that Mr Pine makes his own rules when it comes to fashion. He might not be aware of what is hot in pop culture but would come up with a style that would be iconic and suit him surprisingly well.

If you think that you have topped the fashion and styling game at this point. Check out this list of Chris Pine simply being himself and yet making the women gasp and shutting down the red carpet.

Chris Pine in a Red Blouse

Thanks to Bridgerton, that made this generation realise that men look extremely hot in blouses. The show might have grabbed more eyes and more audience but Chris Pine already knew this secret. It was proved when he stepped out in a hot red blouse with black pants. Do you think you can pull off this look?

An All-White Ensemble

Pop Culture has perpetrated Black as the elegant and classic colour for men. Black shirts, Black pants, Black ties, Black waistcoats so on and so forth. But Mr. Pine always tends to think outside the box. He showed up in an all-white ensemble and a warm smile. The single-buttoned, double-collared shirt with white pants and black shoes redefined the styling hacks for men.

Experiment with Prints

Chris Pine was born at the beginning of the 1980s and he often talks about the influence of 80s culture on his personality. The Californian hippy culture certainly makes him experiment with different clothing in his everyday life. Like this beige shirt with embroidered flowers and lined pants. This can be called the most laid-back look of the decade. But combine it with Gucci Jordaan Loafers, a beard and long hair and you have a trendy look for yourself. Do you think you can pull it off the way Chris did?

A fan of Monochromatic Looks

If you have been observing one thing about Chris Pine’s fashion styling, it is his expertise in Monochromatic looks. He seems to combine just the right fabric, the right shade and the right ensemble to make the dullest and most ignorant of colours look chic and exclusive. Just like this green look he carried on a premiere red carpet.

Can you carry a Goatee?

Mr Pine’s jawline is something many men marvel at. And his experimentation with his facial hair is not something people are unfamiliar with. But it is his Goatee style that might have attracted the attention of Disney’s creative team. So, when it came to design a new Disney Villain. Mr. Pine’s look was the inspiration. He confessed that in an interview while promoting his movie Wish they based the look of King Magnifico, the villain on him.

Grandpa Core

If you think TikTok made Grandpa-core mainstream, you might be right. But Mr Pine was practising this aesthetic way before we even knew it existed. And he carried it with a lot of suave and panache.

An Italian Look

While doing his promotions for his movie Poolman, Chris was asked about his style inspirations. To which Mr. Pine answered that it keeps changing from time to time. He also mentioned for a while, that his styling inspiration was the Italian Businessman and millionaire Lapo Elkann. And that is how we know how that sophisticated look came from when he showed up like this at the premiers of his 2023 movie Dungeons and Dragons.

80s baby, 80s inspired look

When it came to promoting his movie Poolman, Mr. Pine’s fashion inspiration was from Tom Selleck in the 80s. He went for very short shorts. He also wore them in his movie. But, the most daring look was when he showed up on Jimmy Kimmel Live in short shorts and a printed shirt. However, he changed that to a more presentable outfit on live TV. But the guy certainly knows that his fashion style makes waves. Would you be able to carry this look?

The Denim Look

Chris seems to be a fan of denim. If you can catch him on an off date when he is not comfortably chatting on a talk show or raising the temperatures at the Red-Carpet premieres. You can get a glimpse of his everyday denim love. Like this one.

Drafting a wild combination and still landing

One of my favourite looks served by Mr Pine is from his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live when he came on the show to promote his movie Dungeons and Dragons. He appeared with a forest green shirt, a white coat and white pants combined with black shoes. It could also be the background of the show that has a dark set, that made the ensemble stand out.

Which one of his looks is your favourite? Do let us know.

“People ask me what I do in the winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.”
